A personal thought:
As a child of the Vietnam Era, the speed with which the candidate of half of the electorate is bullying around the world in our name is distressing -- to say the least.
Personally, I am a fan of the 21st Century thinking of former President Obama's monumental shift from "might is right first" to "diplomacy is right first" and moving away from non-like-minded nations to like-minded nations re peace and prosperity through strong economies -- not war-mongering...
While searching for a quote from former President of the United States John Kennedy, who was not a bully, it occurred to me this photo with no words speaks volumes -- it is who we send to war in our name and for a GOP to not put any value on young lives to satisfy a need (s) for being king of the hill should disqualify them from public office forever. As for the rest of us -- we need to take a stand and decide if we choose to be complicit or not.
