Hillary breakfast read. Approximately 5 mins. ...

"Barney Frank Is Not Impressed by Bernie Sanders

Bernie Sanders has been in Congress for 25 years W/little to show for it

... How do you think Dodd-Frank is working?

Very well. I think Steve Eisman, who is the Steve Carell character in The Big Short, and one of the heroes of this issue, had a very good article a couple weeks ago talking about how well things are working.

We’re not getting the bad loans made, and there’s a substantial increase in capital and stability. And I will say two things: First, people on the left who thought it would have no impact were clearly wrong, and [so were] people on the right who thought it would be a job-killer. It has allowed the financial system to continue to do its job, financing equity, but with much lower level of risk. … “

Hillary breakfast read. Approximately 3-5 mins. ...

“30 Native Leaders Stand With Clinton

...Secretary Clinton has a long history of working on issues of importance to Native Americans,” Cladoosby said in his personal endorsement. “From her work on the Indian Health Care Improvement Act and Children's Health Insurance Program, to supporting the United States' role in the U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Hillary has long been by our side. I know, as President, that she will continue fighting for us and building on the progress we have experienced in the last eight years,"
This follows a tribal roundtable held at the Puyallup Indian Reservation on March 22 where the candidate met with more than 20 tribal leaders about issues pressing to their communities.
Concerns over preservation of First Foods and tribal traditions were brought up again and again. … “

Hillary rocked it at the Apollo Theater yesterday

"Yesterday, Hillary Clinton spent the morning in Harlem where she met with Rep. Charles Rangel at Make My Cake Bakery. She then held a rally at the famed Apollo Theater in the early afternoon. After being introduced by New York Senator Charles Schumer, Clinton delivered a speech in which she criticized the Republican presidential candidates for being “in over their heads” on national security. She also called out her Democratic rival Bernie Sanders for a number of his plans saying that while they share many of the same goals, her proposals are more realistic and more likely to get passed than his. She spoke about a number her platform topics including heath care, the economy, and the importance of the 2016 election. Referring to New York City, she added, “This is a city that likes to get things done. And that’s what we want from our president too."

Hillary breakfast read. Approximately 5 mins. ...

"Hillary: Take dead aim against gun violence / Daily News Op-Ed

Last November in Chicago, I met with a group of mothers from across the country who have lived that nightmare — moms of children like Jordan Davis from Jacksonville, Florida, who was 17 when he died;Trayvon Martin from Sanford, Florida, also 17; and Hadiya Pendleton from Chicago, just 15 when she was killed. They were just doing what kids do: playing music, walking home from the store, talking with friends in a park in broad daylight — and they all ended up shot to death. … “

Hillary breakfast read video!

Longer than usual, approximately 45 mins.

~ you may want to put this one on in the background as you work today!

It's important to understand Hillary's ability to multi-task at a presidential level!!!

Clinton participating in a roundtable discussion at USC

On Thursday, Hillary took part in a discussion on the campus of the University of Southern California. The roundtable consisted of Los Angeles area officials and focused on the issue of homeland security and the Muslim American community. Clinton spoke about the recent terrorist attacks in Belgium saying that the rhetoric coming from the Republican presidential candidates is dangerous and will not make America safer. She said, “We cannot allow our nation to be pitting groups against one another. We cannot give in to panic and fear. It’s not in keeping with our values. It’s not effective in protecting us, and it plays into the hands of terrorists.”
