Dear Mrs. Clinton,
As a lifelong Republican,
I have found that my party has moved into a direction that I cannot
understand or digest with Donald Trump as our leader.
For years, my wife (a life
long Democrat) and I differed on many policies. With a 10-year-old
daughter, attending an all girls school in NYC, my views have
seriously changed watching how the policies of my party have strayed
from the years of Ronald Reagan.
This week I made a
decision to change my party affiliation. In the past, I have voted
across party lines but always as a Republican. This year, I cannot
and will not vote for a person who spews hate and fear. The other day
I wrote my daughter an email letter to her camp and explained my
feelings.
