… The lying isn’t the
most shocking part anymore since it has become a daily event for
Republicans from Sean Spicer to Kellyanne Conway to Donald Trump to
tell one lie after another. Conway, for example, manufactured a
terrorist attack “the Bowling Green Massacre” that never happened
to support Trump’s Muslim ban. Spicer misrepresented an attack of
terrorism in Atlanta. Trump has lied repeatedly about voter fraud.
Now, it has come out that National Security Advisor General Michael
Flynn had discussions with the Russians prior to Trump
taking office and then lied to the Vice President about it. Trump
hasn’t been in office for a month, and already his administration
is plagued by one scandal after another. ...
They have chosen to seek
power at all costs and are clearly willing to sacrifice our nation
and all that we represent for an evil that we are only just beginning
to comprehend. And while they will ultimately fail and be disgraced,
the question remains will it happen soon enough to save us? Or will
this once proud nation fall from grace and come to resemble little if
anything of all that has made it great.
If we survive, and unless
a new political party rises from the ashes, it will be left up to the
Democrats to make America great again.”
